Sun Yoga is located in Half Moon Bay, in West End Roatan. We practice on the second floor of Sundowners, a local favorite beach bar. Our open air deck faces the Caribbean sea and surrounding palm trees create a refreshing breeze. We often have peaceful, live music to accompany our practice.

Sun Yoga @ Sundowners Beach Bar is just to the right of the round-about entrance to Roatan. Close by to all the hotels in West End and practically across the street from Coconut Tree Cabins and Posada Arco Iris. We are next door to Sun Divers and across the street from Native Sons dive shop. Join us for a 7 am class and have plenty of time to make your 9am dive!

Submit to a daily practice. Your loyalty to that is a ring at the door. Keep knocking, and the joy inside will eventually open a window and look out to see who’s there.
